As a System Engineer/Application Owner, you will be part of the Operations Telecom Team, which provides products, systems, and solutions in the field of Fixed Telephony, Teams IVR, and Contact Centers.

You will be responsible for the operational support and evolution of Fixed Telephony, IVR and Contact Center solutions. You will work closely with Service Managers and suppliers to manage network elements, connectivity, and external interfaces. You will also be responsible in the follow up of service provisioning, inventory management, and basic troubleshooting as well as major incident and problem management regarding all Telephony aspects. Additionally, you will also assist with various IoT and M2M solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage network elements, connectivity, and external interfaces in collaboration with Service Managers and suppliers
  • Ensure the operational support and evolution of Fixed Telephony, IVR, and Contact Center solutions
  • Follow up on service provisioning, inventory management, and troubleshooting
  • Handle change management, major incident and problem management regarding all Telephony aspects
  • Assist with various IoT and M2M solutions

Profile:

  • Master's degree in Telecom/Network with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom infrastructure
  • Mandatory knowledge and experience with IP/network elements and Voice Over IP solutions
  • Experience with design and integration
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize workload
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory
