Role description:
Within the Acceptance Team you are responsible for managing the detailed planning, coordination and follow up of all outside works executed under own management and by our subco’s to enable roll-out in a timely manner of the client's network.

Required Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a high-level planning in line with the prioritisation, based on geographical knowledge, of job types and agreed due dates.
Close follow-up of the planning and monitoring of the due dates being respected. If needed organise meetings with internal teams and contractors to ensure a good planning and alignment between all concerned parties.
Timely escalation of urgent and structural issues.
Pro-active communication to all parties in case that plan dates need to be postponed. Building out a monthly capacity planning in collaboration with the Acceptance Team, public authorities, private persons,… and internal departments like Engineering and external parties as well.
Ensuring timely reporting and feedback towards all internal parties.
Act as contact point for the other departments within the company.
Coordinate and follow up on action points and budgets related to Acceptance.

Vereisten

Degree & Experience:
You have experience in planning, coordination and follow up numerous both simple and complex projects with strict adherence to timing.
Experience working with telecom operators.

Technical skills:
Interested in technical and operational aspects.
Good knowledge of how to manage the workload of operational teams.
Able to report in a clear and concise fashion.
Ability to simultaneously treat several cases whilst keeping an overview and clear structure.

Computer literate: good Microsoft Office skills, capacity to learn internal and external applications/tools.
You have good communication and presentation skills.
Customer centric, ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Attitudes/Behaviour:
You organise your own work and that of your project team quickly and well.
You are a team player able to coordinate teams with the necessary energy and enthusiasm.

Languages: You are fluent in N/F with a good knowledge of English.
