System Engineer - M365 - Tergos

Introduction

A major national organisation is searching for a M365 Engineer to strengthen its digital workplace team. You will focus on supporting, optimising and developing collaboration services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot. You will play a key role in adoption, security configuration and continuous improvement projects with business impact.

The Role

• Manage, configure and optimise M365 services and governance.
• Handle support requests, incidents and service improvements within M365.
• Implement automation, modern workplace enhancements and documentation.
• Support platform rollout, adoption and security compliance initiatives.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong understanding of M365 administration, licensing, security and integration.
• Experience with ITIL and service management tools, strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English, proactive and customer-focused.
