Project Manager - Life Sciences (GxP Environment) - Sopra Steria
Oversight and coordination needed? That's where out Project Managers come in. You'll use methodologies like Agile/scrum and Prince2 to define project scopes, set timelines and manage resources. If you see the project meander, you're there to put it back on track - never losing sight of effective risk management and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory professionals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- GxP Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a good understanding of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. This role involves managing projects as well as specific GxP-related activities to ensure compliance and quality in all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
