Introduction
A growing IT services provider is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to support its SMB customers in the region south of Brussels. You will join a customer-focused and collaborative team delivering reliable IT solutions. In this role, you combine remote support with on-site interventions and work closely with experienced engineers across multiple domains.
The Role
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users and clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT networks, systems and servers.
- Manage user accounts and access rights using Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
- Configure and maintain hardware and software within existing IT environments.
Your Profile
- A first experience in an IT support role is a plus
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and user management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Very good knowledge of French and Dutch
